Experienced Custom Cabinet Installer – Lead Role

Job Title: Experienced Custom Cabinet Installer – Lead Role

Location: St. Clements, ON | On-site | Full-Time | Permanent

We are a high-end custom cabinetry company focused on exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a respectful, team-driven work environment. We’re looking for an experienced Custom Cabinet Installer to join our team—ideally someone ready to take a lead role on site and help set the standard for quality installations.

Our work includes custom kitchens, built-ins, vanities, and detailed millwork. If you take pride in clean installs, problem-solving on site, and working to a high standard, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Install custom cabinetry, millwork, and built-ins in residential projects
  • Lead on-site installations and coordinate sequencing with other trades
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and plans accurately
  • Scribe, level, and fit cabinetry to achieve precise results
  • Identify and resolve site-related challenges proactively
  • Communicate clearly with the shop, designers, and project leads
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • Mentor junior installers and apprentices as needed

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience installing custom cabinetry or millwork
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and installation methods
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Confidence using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Ability to lead installs and work independently on site
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid G-class driver’s license
